UBC Research Strategy now available

Date: Apr 08, 2011   Author: VPRI

The Office of the Vice President Research & International has finalized and published UBC's Research Strategy, following extensive consultation with the UBC community.

This mid-level plan provides background and specific details about the institutional goals around Research Excellence described in UBC's strategic plan, Place and Promise. This strategy focuses attention on UBC’s Vancouver campus and affiliated health research institutes, as the Okanagan campus has already defined its research strategy.

Read more about the UBC Research Strategy.

Thank you to all members of the UBC community who contributed to the first edition of the Research Strategy, especially the Associate Deans Research, Deans of Faculty, and the UBC Senate.

This is an evolving strategy that will be updated as new opportunities arise. We encourage continued feedback from the entire UBC community.
