As per CIHR Funding News: Issue 112:

• ResearchNet and the “Find Funding” section of the CIHR website will be unavailable from 6pm PST on Sat, Jan 28 to 9am PST on Sun, Jan 29 due to planned system maintenance.
• Therefore, the Registration deadline for the Mar 1 Operating Grant has been extended by one day to Thurs, Feb 2 at 5pm PST.
