Reviewers are required to complete a Reviewer Sign-off Form that summarizes the Internal Review you have undertaken. Please submit the completed form to SPARC.

Attention Researchers in the Faculty of Medicine

If IR is mandatory for the proposal you are reviewing, SPARC will provide a copy of the Reviewer Sign-off Form to the researcher and to the Faculty of Medicine to confirm the requirement has been met.

Internal Review is not possible without you, the reviewers. Thank you for sharing your time and expertise during the review process, and also for promoting a culture of mentoring and collaboration across the UBC research community.  SPARC will contact you to arrange mailing of your thank you letter, a $100 UBC Bookstore gift card and a recognition letter to your Department Head.  We will notify you via email once your gift card and letters are in the mail.
