The Office of the Vice-President, Research and Innovation and its portfolio units help to coordinate and provide the environment to pursue world-leading impactful research.

We work in partnership with our sister office at the [Okanagan campus](http://research.ok.ubc.ca/welcome.html) to provide UBC researchers with strategic information, resources, services and tools to support their work from writing grants through to generating impacts.

We also provide strategies for major research and innovation initiatives.
