Implicit Gender Bias in STEM

The research cluster for Implicit Gender Bias in STEM investigates cutting-edge interventions and best practices to close the gender gap in educational and organizational settings in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).

We bring together social scientists, basic and applied science experts, and community partners (education and industry) to identify and remove gender bias in STEM fields by combining our expertise in cognitive, developmental, social, educational, and organizational processes.
