UBC seeks to foster a research culture that supports researchers to do their best work, which includes acting honestly, accountably, openly and fairly in the search for and dissemination of knowledge.
Developed in 2019 and set to launch in 2020, the Scholarly Integrity Initiative supports UBC researchers and scholars in all aspects of conducting research responsibly.
The initiative is supported by a cross-functional committee of experts in a range of disciplines and subject matter relating to the responsible conduct of research, and is sponsored by the Office of the Vice-President, Research & Innovation.
A website and resources will be available in fall 2020 for the UBC community.
