Office of the Vice-President, Research and Innovation
I provide executive-level support to two Associate Vice-Presidents, Rachel Fernandez and Lisa Sundstrom, as well as to senior staff in the Office of the Vice-President, Research and Innovation (VPRI). In this role, I manage a range of administrative, strategic, and logistical tasks in support of key initiatives and projects across the portfolio. My responsibilities include:
- Strategic management of the time and commitments of the Associate Vice-Presidents
- Coordination of travel arrangements for the AVPs
- Correspondence and communication on behalf of the AVPs as needed
- Research and preparation of briefing materials, reports, and summaries
- Administrative support across the VPRI portfolio
