UBC-lululemon open call for projects in raw materials and sustainability

This open call invites UBC researchers to submit proposals for innovative student team projects in the Raw Materials and Sustainability domains. We seek initiatives that map and imagine futures beyond the state-of-the-art, and capture new opportunities in biomaterials and materials circularity.

In partnership with UBC, lululemon invites proposals for student projects delivering innovative learning and research outcomes in the areas of:

  • Future biomaterials and biofeedstocks
  • Materials circularity and upcycling
  • Textile integrity

Projects are expected to either generate future outlooks and recommendations in the specific problem area, or incorporate modelling or lab testing components to generate datasets.  We are thrilled to encourage multidisciplinary student teams.
