The following survey seeks to assess the appropriateness and effectiveness of the PDFO-SPARC Internal Review Training Program. The goal is to assess the value of the training program and make a recommendation on whether this initiative should be offered again in future years. Please note that the feedback provided is anonymous, and that the results of the survey will be amalgamated and shared with VPRI leadership for consideration.
