At the request of Institute for Catastrophic Loss Reduction  (ICLR),  SSHRC is circulating  the 2018 call for proposals to the ICLR Quick Response Program.  This program supports researchers’ quick deployment to a disaster-affected area in the aftermath of an extreme event to collect perishable data.
