The University went live with Workday on November 2, 2020. As a result of this transition, there is new terminology for many of UBC’s financial processes. One that ACS Training would like to highlight is the change from interdepartmental Standing Journal Vouchers to Internal Service Delivery (ISD) events. The ISD feature in Workday is used to record internal sales of goods or services between two UBC departments and these can include research training and user animal training charges.
